Paddy Tan

Paddy advises business leaders on strategic planning, rapid scaling, growth and positioning, helping them increase profitability and pivot their businesses to gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries. Paddy was the technical founder of a mobile security software startup, which he sold it in 2011 after 6 years of operating. His vast experience (>20 years) working with startups, government authorities and deal makers have made him the go-to person for fixing and solving challenges in the IoT, FinTech, Education, and Platform ecosystems.Paddy is also known in the industry as a Fixer, leading a team to solve complex challenges within a 100 days’ timeframe.
Sam Lee

Sam Lee is a seasoned Human Resources professional and entrepreneur since 1997. He co-founded Nanyang Angelz, a network of marketplace professionals and private investors that offers angel funding, mentoring, and marketplace advisory services to startups. Sam is also a co-founder of GENUS, a social venture that supports underprivileged children in Asia to learn English online, benefiting over 200 children in five countries.
