With over 15 years of professional experience, Hailmy possesses a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and geology. He earned his MSc in Petroleum Geology from the University of Malaya in 2008, embarking on his career as a Junior Geologist at Murphy Sarawak Oil in Kuala Lumpur.

However, Hailmy's journey took a significant turn when he transitioned into the realm of digital marketing. He delved into online entrepreneurship, specializing in the sales of Health Care Products, with a particular focus on Electric Heat Pads by Beurer. This marked his transformation into a Sales and Marketing professional. Hailmy became a Certified Internet Marketing Practitioner, crafting his website, mastering SEO, and cultivating a robust online social media presence.

Simultaneously, he expanded his knowledge of offline Sales and Marketing strategies during his tenure as a Sales Marketing Consultant at Akademi Sinergi Iklas in Selangor from 2014 to 2015.

In 2017, Hailmy took on a pivotal role, leading Brainy People, a subsidiary of Brainy Bunch Group, before assuming the position of Head of Digital Marketing for Brainy Bunch Group. In this capacity, he oversaw numerous kindergartens across the nation and international campuses in Singapore, Indonesia, and Gaza. To stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing, he pursued a Diploma in Digital Marketing, equipping himself with the latest insights and techniques.

Hailmy's career soared as he managed all 32 subsidiaries under Brainy Bunch Group, ascending to the roles of Chief of Marketing for Brainy Bunch and Group Chief of Operations for Brainy Bunch and Malakat Group.

Today, Hailmy's unwavering focus is on his own training and consultancy business. He specializes in Sales & Marketing consultation, content creation, and serving not only SMEs but also various players in different industries. His diverse background, spanning geology, sales, and digital marketing, equips him with a unique problem-solving perspective, and he is dedicated to sharing his insights in a practical and approachable manner.
