Mental health and wellness have always been sensitive topics that many are unwilling to speak of. However, it has become more common than you may think, as studies suggest that mental health issues have increased significantly in many adults over the last decade.
Paying attention to people around us is vital, mainly because it is not necessarily open to sharing. Therefore, many individuals who suffer from poor mental health are often neglected. However, it is important to identify any mental health issues you may be suffering from and effectively treat them. Why is mental wellness important, and why is it affecting so many adults in our society?
